Since I was a kid I always played on a Sony counsel... Four months going on 5 month later I still can’t even get my hands on a ps5 this is ridiculous. I think I’m done with handing your company my hard earned money. Sony doesn’t seem to care about the people. You knew this would be a high demand item and honestly your company pooped the bed.. I’m currently getting used to pc gameplay and honestly games and graphics are better anyways response times are better. Sony as long as you know your losing costumers by the day. Then good you guys deserve it for the frustration you cause..
I would like to say I wholeheartedly hate Sony more than anything else in the universe and I hope this company (not the employees but just the company) gets thrown in hell one day truly. They don’t care whatsoever about their customers, don’t buy any of their products.

Great quality sound and picture with easy to understand features. The WiFi features and easy access and setup make this a great part of my entertainment system. Colors are crisp and the unit easy to set up.
This is three years after buying a product, unlike the many immediate reviews. Bought a Sony-Zeiss objective for a hefty price tag, but noticed later on that humidity condenses between the lenses and, after evaporating, fogs them until cleaned.
After opening up the thing and cleaning it up, I needed one spare part to restore the objective. Called Zeiss: "Can't help you. Can't provide you with factory number. Go to Sony."
Called Sony: "Can't help you. Go to company X, which handles these in your country."
Company X: "Can't help you. Check out catalogue for spare parts."
Catalogue: "Don't have $#*!."
Another example of bureocratic bull$#*! from three different companies, none of which want to do their thing. Ended up trashing the objective. What pisses me off the most is that the factory number could had been given easily, even tracked on importyeti.com for US imports, but they refused.
They never give your money back for anything, even if it was a mistake, despite every other major company giving your money back for mistakes.

You knew how many people were looking to buy the PS5. Poor stocking and even worse communication.
Total shame for Sony. they totally crossed the line with ps5. i mean it’s past 2 months since the so-called launch. why launch a product since it cannot satisfy the demand? i understand marketing policies but this is a mockery. does ps5 even exist?
The person asked me if I had any questions left, so I started to type my question, and the support person said have a good day. I even tried to get into a another chat and they said I wasn’t allowed to.
sony has a very poor ordering system ps5 went on sale today was waiting with my phone and pc ,kept hitting refresh till i saw add to cart. added it to cart hit confirm purchase and !!!!!CRASH!!!!!!! all 4 times guess my son's not getting one for Christmas now. it get so frustrating doing all you can waiting in line for preorders only to get turned down because you were there first or spending most of the day hoping one will pop up at a site but wont because alot will end up on ebay for a profit. People like caregivers with families first responders and military who are to busy to stand in line or surf the web all day miss out. WAY TO GO PLAYSTATION AND WALMART.
Besides all the toxic players on here it's pretty fun I hated seeing playstations own players on there Instagram commenting on there pride post "get this gay $#*! off here" or "I'm going to xbox now" like we should come together and be a unit
I used Sony SRS-XB12. Absolutely pitiful speaker. It was barely loud enough for me to hear in my tiny bathroom when showering. Horrible.
I had tried several gaming stations since 2001 and also some computers for gaming and my best advise four you as a consumer is that the purchase from a playstation is a good thing to do, it's durable and it has good game choices plus a 4k grafic.
